Chilean President Gabriel Boric and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have officially announced the start of negotiations for a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), a significant step toward a free trade agreement between both nations.
Strengthening Bilateral Ties
This new agreement formalizes Chile and India’s commitment to enhanced economic cooperation, reinforcing their partnership in an increasingly interconnected global economy.
In addition to the CEPA, both countries have also reached agreements in:
