Prime Minister Narendra Modi today handed out more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth in various central government departments, marking a significant milestone in their journey of public service.
Addressing the appointees, PM Modi emphasized their crucial role in strengthening India’s economy, enhancing national security, and spearheading transformative change across sectors. He called upon the recruits to approach their responsibilities with dedication and a spirit of service to the nation.
The distribution was part of the government’s Rozgar Mela initiative, a major employment drive aimed at empowering the youth and boosting job creation across the country. The Prime Minister highlighted that the new workforce would contribute significantly to key areas like infrastructure development, worker welfare, and other nation-building initiatives.
“This is not just a job, it is a chance to serve the country and contribute to its future,” PM Modi said, encouraging the new recruits to work with integrity, passion, and innovation.
The Rozgar Mela reflects the government’s ongoing commitment to fostering opportunities for the youth and strengthening India’s human resource potential as the nation moves towards becoming a global economic powerhouse.
