Game Name: “Lie Detector Showdown”
Players: 3 or more
Time per round: ~2 minutes
Ideal for: Parties, chill hangouts, road trips
⸻
How to Play:
1. Choose a Host:
One player is the “Host” for the round. Their job is to ask a question.
2. The Question:
The Host asks one interesting or personal question (e.g., “Have you ever stolen something?”, “What’s your weirdest fear?”, “What’s a secret talent you have?”)
3. Everyone Answers—But One Lies:
All players (except the Host) must answer the question, but one person has to lie—and only that person knows they’re lying.
The lie should be believable!
4. Interrogation Time:
The Host gets 1 minute to interrogate the players, ask follow-up questions, and try to spot the liar.
5. The Guess:
After the time’s up, the Host guesses who the liar is. If they’re right, they win the round. If not, the liar wins.
6. Next Round:
Rotate the Host and repeat with a new question.
⸻
Optional Twist: “Double Trouble Mode”
If you’ve got a big group, allow two liars per round—but don’t tell the Host how many! Makes it way harder.
