Ingredients:
• 200g spaghetti
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
4. Toss in the cooked pasta, adding a splash of pasta water to create a sauce.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like it spicy.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
7. Serve hot!
